It's the end of the days known as Week 1 of Salt Lake. My 40 hours of engineering vaporized so very quickly as I immersed myself in finite element analysis and the heavy modeling associated. Tonight was a relaxed afternoon with a Steinbeck on the couch while Maynard Ferguson played on the stereo before dinner out in Mystic at the Voodoo Grill. Later in the evening there was Olympics - most notably the kickoff of the men's hockey final round.
