Through a freakish break in scheduling, we only had one class this dreary cold Friday: ME 6 first thing in the morning. That left the balance of the day for laundry, shooting pool, eating a long lazy lunch, watching Sling Blade, and taking care of some errands. It felt oddly like a real school this afternoon as people drifted to and from class and to and from all parts of campus in a random, continuously interesting flow. Although today's rain helps the grass, all hope is for clearer skies and still cool air for tomorrow's meet.
